The Global Partnership for Education is a multi-stakeholder fund operating in over 50 countries formed to strengthen systems to deliver improved access to quality education. Working in collaboration with governments and development partners, GPE delivers targeted financial and technical assistance to support improved sector planning, monitoring, dialogue, and implementation.

As GPE approached the end of its 2015-2020 strategic phase, the Partnership commissioned a consortium of Universalia, Itad and Results for Development to evaluate the Partnership’s engagement in 27 countries, using single moment summative evaluations, multi-year prospective evaluations and yearly synthesis reports. Oxford MeasurEd led the second year of prospective evaluations in Malawi and Nigeria.
