We realise our impact through the production of high quality research, evidence and communications products. Below are some example of reports, blogs, academic publications, conference papers and podcasts that we have produced.
Publication: Schools2030 Handbooks on Designing Learning Assessments
As part of our role as Global Learning Assessment Coordination Partner (GLACP) for the Schools2030 programme we have created tools to support teams in developing holistic learning assessment tools.
Central to this set of resources is a series of three handbooks on designing learning assessments. These three handbooks guide the reader from start to finish through the process of developing robust, contextually driven, holistic measurement tools.
Publication: 2021 Alfadeca Impact Report
Implemented by the Sara Raier de Rassmuss Foundation in Chile, the Alfadeca literacy method aims to enhance students’ literacy results in Grades 1 and 2, while enhancing teacher practice and encouraging continuous improvement within educational communities. Launched in 2018, the programme provides literacy support to more than 2,400 students in 90 classrooms through learning materials and books, storytelling sessions, educational videos broadcast on TV and available on the Alfadeca online platforms. The programme also supports teacher development through teacher mentoring, training courses, teacher-to-teacher exchanges and seminars.
Oxford MeasurEd was contracted to conduct a full review of the Alfadeca data management system and provide recommendations for strengthening Alfadeca’s data handling and reporting processes. Oxford MeasurEd’s services in reviewing Alfadeca’s measurement tools were recognised in the 2021 Impact Report.

The podcast brings together the participants form the UKFIET symposium to discuss their views on how Schools2030 can re-conceptualise rigour, and re-balance power dynamics in learning measurement.
